WHY ?

Forwardis wishes to support a large-scale project and donate part of its success every year to the social, economic, and environmental development of the regions where the company is based (Ile-de-France, Berlin, and Frankfurt Main). As expressed in its “international” value, Forwardis is ‘GLOCAL,’ meaning “We act globally, and we support local initiatives.”

Care & act

THE OBJECTIVES

The projects to be supported will be based on the following three main themes:

SUSTAINABILITY

Ecological actions, fight against global warming, promotion of “green” initiatives, this theme encompasses all operations in favor of environmental protection and sustainable development.

INTERCULTURALITY

Encouraging the integration of immigrants, giving language courses (French and German), and promoting cultural exchange, here are operations around interculturality that may arise from this theme.

WELL-BEING AT WORK

This theme promotes initiatives for a better working environment within the locality, which also encourages its economic development: it goes through supporting local associations and start-ups for the development of well-being in the workplace (health, safety, ergonomics, workshops, co-working, etc.), helping the professional development of young people (guidance, etc.), supporting the training and professional retraining organizations, etc.
