May is Diversity Motnh, and at FORWARDIS, we believe that working in a global industry is even more meaningful when we bring different cultures and perspectives together in our own teams.

For Diversity Month, we asked our teams one question:

From a love of discussion and exchanging ideas to resilience, determinations, pragmatism and positivity, each perspective brings something valuable to our everyday work.
In international logistics, understanding different cultures can be just as important as understanging a supply chain. Different ways of thinking help us approach challenges from new angles, strengthen our teamwork and build relationships across borders.
